Study study

So I'm sitting (well more lying across my bed) and I'm meant to be writing on the similarities and differences between Apollo and Dionysus, but I'm not. My friend is sitting on my bed doing German and occasionally taking my advice. I tried Latin for a year and a half, so my advice is shit. But funny. We're leaving to get blazed in 10 minutes so I should probably get changed. It's cold out, being almost winter and shiz. That is the one problem with NZ, spring is winter, winter is hell frozen over, autumn is winter, summer is spring. Where all the real seasons at yo?

Anyway, I hope to update this when I'm home and high. Coz what better to do than blogcrastinate??

I love you, my 2 followers. You make my blogging worthwhile.

  1. Yep, summer in Wellington seemed rather short this year didn't it ... as I recall it began at quarter past nine on the 20th January, and was pretty much over by lunchtime!

And seeing as I didn't get up until two o'clock that day, I of course blardy well missed it!
    Again!
Sheesh, that's the third time in a row that's happened!

    *wanders off muttering*

  2. I told my friend about you. It made her laugh (hard) to hear about the dalek blogger from Wilton who followed me. She was wondering: Are you the only one?

She also saw your comments and thought they were funny.

  3. er no, I wouldn't say I was The Only One, cos that would seem just a little bit presumptious, doncha think. ;)

Though as it happens, there is a post-punk band wot I like, called The Only Ones, who wrote some rather toxic songs with titles like "Why Don't You Kill Yourself" and "Deadly Nightshade" - y'know, stuff like that. Yep, they had a rather droll dark humour.

But anyway, if you lick - oops, I mean click - the bluemoon image on your Followers, you'll see a link to one billion daleks, so I suppose in a sense there is only one, but then oh, hang on - there's a billion more knockin' about somewhere!

Hmm ... best check under the sink ... or in that cupboard under the stairs ...

So, the plot thickens, and then turns lumpy!
In that respect, it's a bit like my custard!

By the way, did you know that all your posts and comments are time-stamped wrong ...? Well, they're the wrong times for Wellington anyway. You can fix that under "Time Zone" in your blog Settings / Formatting. There again, for all I know you may like living in a time-warp ... who can say!

  4. I like the incorrect time-stamps. Only because it gives me longer to reflect on blogs and even then there's still time to correct them before it happens on the other side of the world.
